Florida Home Services Network brings contractors, realtors, lenders, title, insurance, adjusters and design pros into one waterfront room not a name-tag free-for-all. Doors at 5:30. Room closes at 8:00.
Florida Home Services Network brings contractors, realtors, lenders, title, insurance, adjusters and design pros into one waterfront room not a name-tag free-for-all. Doors at 5:30. Room closes at 9:00.
Home services is a chain, not a set of separate trades. This room is built around that.

Most events end with a pocket full of cards and a few good conversations. Six weeks later—when the re-roof, closing, or remodel finally lands—the opportunity often goes to whoever is easiest to remember, not necessarily the best person in the room.

We know what you are thinking
You're right about the dozen. Most of them are built to end at the handshake — the organizer's job finishes when the doors open, and after that you're on your own in a room of strangers holding a drink. Three things are different here, and they're structural, not tonal:
At 6:30 the floor gets worked deliberately.
The Event Connection Directory circulates after the night ends — photo, trade, license, contact.
Not just Brickell. Brightline pulls people from Orlando, West Palm, Boca, Fort Lauderdale and Aventura into one room.

Most people who run crews would rather be on a roof than at a cocktail hour.

Getting There
Brickell traffic is the number-one reason people skip a Miami event—so we selected American Social with accessibility in mind.
Brightline connects Orlando, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Aventura to MiamiCentral, just minutes from the venue.
Answer emails on the way, take a short ride from the station, and walk in—no I-95, parking garage, or 4 p.m. second thoughts.
And with an open bar for VIP guests, leaving the car behind is the way.

Every benefit below is something you would normally pay for separately. Together, they make your ticket far more than admission—and most guests are surprised by the value of the professional headshot alone.

Invite your network and help bring the right people into the room. The attendee who brings the most guests who register, attend, and check in will receive a gas gift card or even better cash
“The right introductions happened naturally. I left with new connections, real opportunities, and three follow-up meetings already scheduled.”
— Frank R.
"The conversations were focused, the atmosphere was exceptional, and the connections were genuinely valuable.”
— Jessica M.
“The people in the room were serious about helping one another. Every conversation felt intentional, relevant, and worth continuing.”
— Jayson M.
Same room, same introductions. VIP changes what's in your hand while you're in it.

No. There is no membership, no weekly commitment, no required referral quota and no one is getting up to sell from a stage. It is one evening, one room, and trades that genuinely feed each other work.
Plus, I promise...we hate sales pitch networking events more than you.
Basic is general admission with one complimentary drink ticket and full access to the event areas. VIP adds hosted drinks through the evening and complimentary appetizers. The $5 difference is usually covered by the second drink.
A headshot, your name and title, company, trade category, phone, email, website and your Florida license number where applicable. Send it as soon as you book — the directory goes to layout before the event, and late submissions cannot be held.
Business casual or professional cocktail attire. The event is 21+. Bring a colleague — just make sure they have their own ticket, since capacity is capped by the venue.
Refunds are available up to 21 days before the event through Eventbrite. Inside 21 days, tickets can usually be transferred to a colleague or saved for our next event which will be held in Boca Raton — call (954) 667-9779 and we will sort it out.
Capacity is set by the venue and intentionally capped so the room stays workable. When the directory tiers sell out they close first, because the book has to go to print ahead of the night.
There isn't one. Ten dollars gets you in the door with a drink ticket. We make our money on VIP, directory placements and sponsors — cheap admission is deliberate, because a full room is worth more to everyone standing in it than a thin expensive one.
Remember when something is FREE you are the product!
You can, and you wouldn't be the first. But you'd be paying $17.95 to stand in a room full of people who buy exactly what you sell and then not talk to them, which is a strange way to spend a Thursday.
Nobody knows anyone at the first one — that's the entire reason the event exists. Come at 5:30 when doors open and it's quiet. The early half hour is where the best conversations actually happen, before the room gets loud enough that you're shouting your own company name twice.
Yes — the venue caps capacity, so every body in the room needs one. It's worth it anyway: two of you covers twice the floor and you can split up and compare notes after. Plus, since it is geared around home services. You might be surprised how many professionals you actually need.
The handshake was never the hard part. Being remembered six weeks later, when the job actually lands, is the hard part. The directory is your photo, trade, license and contact in something people keep. The alternative is being a face someone half-remembers and can't place.
